Didn't expected to stay even after wiping hard

Wiped it 10 times hardly because I prefer pink lips than dark so I had applied it light so I can blend and it won't be dark red I didn't believed it will stay once applied but it stayed

Ordered 3 lip stains

Regular customer here. Ordered the stain when it launched and then ordered 2 more ( brown & pink ) when the new shades were launched and formula was supposedly improvised. The brown is brown but the pink one too is like this brownish one which doesn’t turn pink or stain the upper lip well. Plus, Customer service could be better.
